Looking for Counselling?

Powerful emotions, negative thoughts and destructive patterns of behaviour can sometimes get the better of you. At these times a therapist can provide you with a compassionate and confidential space, where you can talk about what's troubling you.

Talking to a therapist can help with

troubling emotions such as depression, unresolved anger, loneliness, frustration, and low self-esteem
stress or anxiety because of fear of failure, work addiction, traumatic events, social status and office conflict
relationship issues such as destructive patterns, difficulty sustaining relationships, relationship conflict, separation, and bereavement
personal development decisions about identity, sexuality, body image, addictions, obsessions, and life direction.
